The staff are friendly and focused on providing good service. The restaurant is very clean, and the app makes ordering much more convenient, although it could use an update to improve functionality. You get the food fast and they have enough staff to keep up no matter how busy it gets. The restaurant also features a kids' play area, which is relatively clean, though the inside of the thunder dome can sometimes be a little chaotic. Overall, the experience is pleasant, especially thanks to the friendly staff, and the food quality remains consistent. The location is wheelchair accessible, making it easy for everyone to enjoy.
