Everyone, including the manager is kind. The food is what it is.. whoever takes the time to rate McDonald's food has too much time on their hands HOWEVER! What does bother me is that the Garbage cans outside get hand cleaned. The play place though, does not..if it does they do it bi-weekly or monthly. I dont know.... I DO know that they cannot fool parents. I mean c"mon..

Worst place I've been to. Mistake on my order 5 days in a row. Then forgot my egg in my breakfast sandwich. I wouldn't move ahead and wait for it so they called my employer and made false accusations about me driving crazy through the drive-thru. Very poor

Twice now they forgot to give me a cardboard straw to go with my smoothie in a plastic cup with a plastic lid plus you gotta love that unless you specifically ask for ketchup they don't even bother putting it in the bag. I sure love me a sausage McMuffin with bacon and half a hash brown and zero ketchup. Just a smoothie with no straw to wash it down.

Just like every other McDonald's! I love the ability too order from the panel down to avoid having to stand on the lineups to order. Dude came out fast and was reportedly hot and tasty ?

Well, it's McDonald's. It is what it is. The morning/ afternoon staff are pretty good and accurate. After about three in the afternoon though, it's hit or miss, too often it's miss. Accuracy is a frustrating thing and The drive thru tends to take a lot longer after 6pm. It doesn't matter how loud, slow, and clearly you annunciate yourself, the order taker is still going to need it repeated and will likely still mess it up. I do not exaggerate even the slightest when I say that even after repeating the order six times and going item by item at the speaker I had to go over it several more times, (like more than five) at the pay window, and they still screwed it up. I mean like, I know this is a problem here and for over three years have been making very strong efforts to be clear, slow, articulate, and concise - to no avail. I eat here once a day and there is at least once per week there's a mess up in my order. So, just keep that in mind. It's not like I'm going to stop going, but my expectations aren't very high. After, like I said, it's McDonald's not La Rustica.

Seasonal update: Well, we're back to messed up orders in drive thru again. All good things come to an end. Several times now I say "Large fries" they hear "medium fries" even though the receipt says I paid for large. Cheeseburgers are coming without onions or pickles often enough. Double quarter pounder BLTs are coming as either single or double but not BLT. I got the entirely wrong order once and had missing items more than a couple times. A 4x4 coffee is coming out closer to 2x0 at times too. Given they're averaging 3 out of 7 drive thru orders that have at least one error, we're sitting at 43% failure rate. But hey, like they say, "You'll still keep going there anyways". #Ba dup da da dah! There's drugs in it! ?Previous post:So, I have found that the daytime service, speed, and order accuracy is very high now. I rarely get an incorrect order and get through the line pretty fast. It's the night shift that is falling short. Tonight in the drive thru I had the misfortune of being in the slowest line ever. The other line of drive thru was doing about four vehicles to our one.There's also something going on with the coffee cup lids. I keep getting coffees that smell like perfume. I'm not sure if it's the ladies dosing themselves with chemical fragrances or over spray from some scented cleanser used nearby, but there have been times that my truck smells like I have an air freshener in it just from the transfer from the coffee lids. The one time I could smell it in the truck all the way home and into the house. Usually it's not so intense, but it still makes every sip of coffee taste like chemicals even if weaker.Otherwise, they really have improved order accuracy, just need to step up the order taking times at night.
