My first time here (I’m from the states) the food was sooo good. Bella recommended the taco wings which were beyond amazing, came out fast and hot. Bella was excellent making sure we had everything we needed and was so sweet and went above and beyond for us. Will definitely come back.

Stopped in for an afternoon snack and a drink with the hubby after a morning of errands. Decided to try one of the loaded Caesars. This extravagant drink did not disappoint. If you're in the area and needing a pick me up, stop in for a locally brewed beer or expertly crafted Caesar!

I don’t miss Fort St John, but I do miss the sliders and wings from Mighty Peace. Service is also 10/10

Ok so I respect that Steve had a bad experience, but my experience was much better. There were people sitting outside and a group sitting inside. I opted for the latter bc it was too windy. I got a flight of beers and the bartender was professional and friendly. She said she's a teacher and that she has to bartend to make ends meet. Naw I'm kidding about the last part of that sentence. But she's a teacher. The beers were pretty solid as I recall. At one point, she had to go change a keg, and so when an outside customer came in, I felt compelled to say "she went in the back to change a keg." We can't leave our customers in the dark now can we? When I was ready to leave, two local yahoos came in and started sampling all the beers. It was some real insight to me as to what makes a real Canadian. I'd have preferred if bartender/schoolmarm had asked me if I wanted to close out, but i got to witness two good ole boys in action for a solid 5-10 minutes as they sampled beer and finally ordered (and received) two growlers of FSJ's finest.

Great atmosphere, awesome people! Fun times all around!

Mediocre food and the beer isn't bad but nothing to write home about. I guess it's fancy for FSJ. Probably just go to McDonalds and the liquor store next time over here.

Called ahead. Recorded message thanked me for calling, then said goodbye. I took a chance, walking 1.7 miles from where I was staying. Door was open. About a dozen people. Bartender said it was a private party and, despite nobody sitting at bar, was told to leave. No exceptions. I owned a brewery. I understand private party revenue. But I would have figured something out to keep every customer happy. At a minimum I would have had the phone message and social media updated to say the night was private.

We stopped in yesterday and sat on the patio. The beer was good. I had a couple of Golds, and my friend had the village idiot. Good beers. The show stopper was the nacho platter. Amazing! With ground beef, they came to $27. But, well worth every penny. I never thought that I'd want more chips with my nacho plate, but this dish was so full of toppings, the nachos were lost. Really good. Easily a good appy for 3 people, even though 2 of us polished them off.

Damn good beer, very friendly staff, and a nice quiet place to relax after a Murphy's Law day of work(might be a one off there, but a nice atmosphere even if it wasn't quiet). Great food, highly recommend!

Great beer, service was fantastic. I wish the staff had been more knowledgeable. But all around great.
