Pre- ordered a pizza for pick up at a specific time. Arrived to pick it up at the scheduled time only to find they had not even started making it. Staff didn't appear at all busy but were in no hurry to make my order despite it having been printed and in que for 20 minutes..

I've ordered panago pizza for years, tonight was one of those nights we were all craving pizza, have never been disappointed, however, the last few times of ordering, the pizza certainly was Not the best, New York Deli was dry, not enough sauce, the 2 Brooklyn Pepperoni that advertises extra Pepperoni, did Not have extra Pepperoni and some slices didn't even have any Pepperoni on it and certainly not enough sauce, and then there was the Veggie Korma, sad indeed, haphazardly put together and crust was soggy.The overall experience was terrible and a huge disappointment, I will be switching to a different pizza place from now on.Panago is getting too expensive for the not so good quality they've been putting out lately.I hear Papa John's Pepperoni is the best and they use all fresh ingredients, their mediums are bigger and less money.Sorry Panago but Papa John's now has a new customer.

I ordered chicken wings.oh my gosh, they were so delicious ? they were so soft and wet . I enjoyed them so much. But I prefer they suggest some kind of sauce in side. Moreover, staff are so polite and friendly. And there was clean. Just remember that there is no place to sitting.
