Pre- ordered a pizza for pick up at a specific time. Arrived to pick it up at the scheduled time only to find they had not even started making it. Staff didn't appear at all busy but were in no hurry to make my order despite it having been printed and in que for 20 minutes..

I've ordered panago pizza for years, tonight was one of those nights we were all craving pizza, have never been disappointed, however, the last few times of ordering, the pizza certainly was Not the best, New York Deli was dry, not enough sauce, the 2 Brooklyn Pepperoni that advertises extra Pepperoni, did Not have extra Pepperoni and some slices didn't even have any Pepperoni on it and certainly not enough sauce, and then there was the Veggie Korma, sad indeed, haphazardly put together and crust was soggy.The overall experience was terrible and a huge disappointment, I will be switching to a different pizza place from now on.Panago is getting too expensive for the not so good quality they've been putting out lately.I hear Papa John's Pepperoni is the best and they use all fresh ingredients, their mediums are bigger and less money.Sorry Panago but Papa John's now has a new customer.

I ordered chicken wings.oh my gosh, they were so delicious ? they were so soft and wet . I enjoyed them so much. But I prefer they suggest some kind of sauce in side. Moreover, staff are so polite and friendly. And there was clean. Just remember that there is no place to sitting.

Have had the crust burnt last 3 times I have ordered pizza. They seem to want you to use delivery instead of picking the food up yourself. Used to be one of my favourite places for pizza. Not so much now.

Under cooked pizza and chicken wings..I always ordered from panago. So I know you can do better. From not impressed

Great experience overall. Clean, friendly and the staff even remembered my name. Food was delicious.

Manager was rude. Told us to place an order via call center when he specifically said to text them directly for orders. This happened twice already after the pizza delivery was late considering we order on a weekly basis. Will be cancelling all our corporate deliveries.Completely unprofessional and lacking in customer service. I suggest to all other complainants to report any grievances to head office as well. This branch is horrible.
