Had a really disappointing experience here around 10 PM. I ordered the BOGO breadsticks deal but only got one sauce. A staff member named Anjali gave me a huge pizza box at first, which didn’t fit in my bag, so I politely asked for a smaller box. I literally pointed at the smaller boxes behind the counter, but she kept repeating, “Sorry, these are the only boxes we have,” while pointing at the exact boxes I was asking for. Made no sense at all.
The worst part she randomly asked me, “You understand English right?” I was speaking better English than her. It felt condescending and completely out of line, definitely not how an employee should speak to a customer. Then she assumed I rode a bicycle when I actually came on a $1,000 scooter. The whole interaction felt disrespectful and borderline discriminatory.
I was polite the whole time, but looking back, I shouldn’t have let that slide. Definitely won’t be coming back to this location.

Waiting to pick-up a pizza sucks. The extreme heat inside makes me feel nauseous and I can see the employees literally dripping sweat into the food.
Update: the last time I visited the temperature was much more reasonable.

Pizza was as thin as cardboard, pizza sauce smelled like fermented tomatoes and tasted like alcohol. Garlic sauce was glorified butter. Probably won't eat there again but everyone in the store was really nice. Appreciate that they were open on Christmas.
