Popeyes Fort St John is awesome. I always get the ghost Pepper wings and it's the best wings in town as far as fast food go. Anjali is very professional and gives good customer service.

Service was decent and the atmosphere is pleasant. I had a burger—the buns were tasty—but the chicken burger itself was disappointing. It was small, overly oily, and had too much batter, making it hard to tell if there was any actual meat.

Came for lunch. Staff pay no attention to front guests. Had to wait so long to be noticed. My food was served quickly but it was not hot or fresh.

This is a sad Popeyes. They have the deep fryer set too low, so your chicken comes out extra greasy. They don’t believe in salt. Always have to wait 20-30 minutes for order. They’re always out of what you want. Seems corporate needs to come back and retrain them. Want good Popeyes? Go to Grande Prairie. They have the best one I’ve been to.

You can’t make a chicken this badly—but they did. Even when I lived in Vancouver, I never really liked Popeyes; I usually preferred Church’s Chicken. But the chicken at this location is much worse.

She made sure everything was correct and served with a smile, which really stood out. It’s rare to see someone so genuinely kind and professional in customer service. I had such a great experience at this Popeyes! Alvin is excellent in customer service very friendly, professional, and definitely deserves employee recognition. The store is very clean, and the food was fresh and delicious. I’m from Vancouver, and this is the first Popeyes in Northern BC where I truly enjoyed my meal. I’ll definitely be coming back again!

Very disappointed! I am from a small city with no Popeyes and it just so happened that work sent me to Fort St John and eventually I ordered chicken from Popeyes and did not even finish my meal, it went into the garbage. On a happy note....the biscuit was perfect!
