Ordered my drink and waited FOREVER for a single drink. Took several minutes for someone to even take my order. I almost walked out. 1 girl running around making drinks for inside and drive thru. Drive thru chick standing there and front counter chick standing there. Have never been so disappointed in a coffee shop. Waited over 20 minutes. Thankfully Im not from here as I will never return. On my way back home Ill wait for Dawson creek.

So, I went there the other day to try the new Cherry chai latte. I waited and waited and waited for my drink then I went up to the counter and said I've been waiting over 20 minutes from my drink is this normal? So they made my drink quickly but they didn't make it half sweet like I asked them to. I was already driving away when I discovered this so I didn't go back. When they use to mess up your drink or you waited for a long time they would give you a coupon for a free drink, well those days are gone. The staff is running around like chickens with their head cut off because they need more staff. But they don't even have time to crack a smile or say a pleasantry to you or even a thank you. In total, Iwaited 26 minutes for my drink. That's a little bit unacceptable. Also, about my drink, they filled it more than half way with ice and the rest was liquid so it is quite a rip-off for the little amount of product you actually get. I tried the new chicken cheese wrap thing and it was truly gross. The processed cheese was really disgusting. Starbucks used to be such a great place

I ordered a ham and cheese in the drive through here in FSJ and i specifically requested for my sandwich not to be warmed because i want it for later. The person serving me said that they cannot sell me the sandwich cold as it is their policy, as a customer that is how i want my sandwich served i just hope that i can speak to the manager to clarify this things but i was in a hurry cause im runnimg late for work..i have been to many starbucks branches even from other countries and i have never experienced being rejected to be sold a cold sandwich and the staff did not even apologize they just insist they wont sell me food so i just drove away so angry but did not argue cause i dont want to ruin my day. If they contacted me i can describe the person who told me they wont sell me food.
I was up visiting my son and daughter in law and decided to go into this store to get my drink. I will say I have never been so disappointed in my life. The service was extremely slow and those working seemed not to care about the customer. I have friends that have worked for the company in the past and they understood the sense of urgancy and work ethic. Those working seemed to be more instrested in talking to each other and taking their sweet ass time to make 1 drink. In the end my drink was made incorrect, but after waitng almost 20 minutes I was not going to bother saying anything as no one was also wearing a name tag. Next time I will go to the Safeway starbucks instead.

This is the slowest drive thru I’ve ever been thru consistently. They take one order at a time to manipulate their drive through time to the company. If you have more then 3 cars ahead of you, your wait time is an easy 15min. Epic fail

From my mum: “The people working were so nice, friendly and helpful. 🌟❤️ They were low on staff, so only the drive through was actually open. But I had a pickup and have never been through the drive through. They let me into the coffee shop and were so good to me.”
Always great atmosphere here! I had my first date with my girlfriend here & it was wonderful :D The staff are always very kind!

I’ll never go here again. The drive through priority had 3/4 staff making sure idling trucks were in and out in 3 minutes (I watched the screen). Meanwhile, I had to demand service at the counter after waiting 6 minutes, then wait 3 minutes for the the coffee to brew and then wait and additional 8 minutes for a latte!!! I had to demand the latte too! This place is so badly managed, the store manager should be fired immediately. This is not the Starbucks model the company was built upon. I am so furious that I have decided I am done with Starbucks completely, regardless of location.
