I’ll never go here again. The drive through priority had 3/4 staff making sure idling trucks were in and out in 3 minutes (I watched the screen). Meanwhile, I had to demand service at the counter after waiting 6 minutes, then wait 3 minutes for the the coffee to brew and then wait and additional 8 minutes for a latte!!! I had to demand the latte too! This place is so badly managed, the store manager should be fired immediately. This is not the Starbucks model the company was built upon. I am so furious that I have decided I am done with Starbucks completely, regardless of location.

Got the wrong drink 2 times in a row, and after letting the lady know she said she will remake it, only after like 8 other customers came and went and I finally speak up again I was told “well we’re very busy, I’ll get to it when I can.” I understand rush hours, I understand the high demand of working in a coffee shop, I know it is stressful and very fast paced but that is no excuse for rude behaviour, nor for a paid customer to have to wait to get their proper drink after the barista got it wrong more than once.

Very disappointed. It is my birthday today. Wanted a PSL and no PSL Syrup!!!! You just started for the year with PSLs. Now I have to wait 365 days to get my free PSL on my birthday!!! And the scanner at the drive thru window not working! DO Better! So disappointed!

Only about 10 to 15 people in the store. One person was ahead of me in line and they order 3 sandwiches and a coffee. I ordered two coffees. I waited for over 15 minutes before going to the counter to ask when my drinks might be ready? After 20 minutes I was about to leave without my drinks when the manager came and asked what my name was and what I was waiting for. The manager talked to a Barista and my coffees were made immediately. I hate to think how long I would have had to wait if the manager hadn’t come over. Unless you have lots of time to wait, probably better to go somewhere else. I can’t believe I even gave a tip when I ordered my coffees - maybe I didn’t tip enough?!?
