Easily the worst run Starbucks Ive been to anywhere in the world. Almost every time i come to order a simple coffee they tell me they are out and have to brew another one. Today they said all the coffee is cold so will have to brew more. I dont get it. You are in the coffee business, how come you never have simple coffee?

I won't lie, the staff are great and very kind, but I can't be spending half of my lunch waiting for one drink. This is true in either drive thru and inside. Hope they work on this because I love Starbucks and this is just throwing me off. Thank you.

This was only the third time I've ever been through the drive thru and it was my last. I waited 46 minutes for 4 drinks. Inexcusable. To make matters worse, one of the drinks didn't have a sweetener added so it was only ice and lemon juice. I won't be back and this Starbucks needs some serious attention and work to service their customers better

The worst customer service we have ever experienced. Don't even think about asking them to fix your beverage after they screw it up. They will charge you again for a new drink with a bad attitude.
