I usually have a good experience at Subway, but this time was really disappointing. The girl working there—her name started with “Mon” was extremely rude. When I walked in, she didn’t even say hello or acknowledge me. I understand she was busy, but basic customer service matters.When I asked politely for extra chicken on my sandwich, she snapped back saying, “No, this is the method,” and was very dismissive. Her tone and facial expressions were unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable.

The service here is gotten worse every freakin time .... to that guy who was on shift this AM * He wont give me the food i paid and ordered today as he didn't received a notif via email but it was deducted in my account showed proof that I paid and all, still insisted that the app made a mistake .... Its not the money its the service of this particular place gotten worse!!!!!!!
