I visited this Subway today around 5:00–5:15 PM, and my experience was very disappointing. The staff member who was making my sub was extremely rude from the beginning. When I asked for extra cheese or even a little extra of anything, she kept repeating in a rude tone that “there is an extra $1 for this” or “extra $2 for that.” I am fully aware that extra items cost more, and I was ready to pay, but the way she spoke was very disrespectful. On top of that, she barely added any vegetables. There were only one or two slices of onion and almost no veggies at all. My sub was practically empty and tasteless. She was adding vegetables only for show, not properly filling the sandwich. It felt unfair because I was paying for a full sub, not an empty one. Good customer service is very important, and this experience was really upsetting. I hope management looks into this and trains staff to be more polite and respectful to customers.

I just went there right now, time is about 5.15 pm and it was going to be closed at 6pm. But they already locked it and when I saw a worker inside and she was showing me sign that it is closed. I was disappointed like I walked there from my home. Wanted a tasty snacks but got nothing.

Delicious and fresh subs. Always follows instructions. There are many other locations that do not prepare their subs in the same way, for example by wrapping the subs tightly and grilling and toasting the sub to perfection. I was amazed by the quality I always recieve. Gained a long term customer. Thank you for the excellent service. Every time I place an order, im always satisfied.

It's always a gamble with the service. Most of the time, you get a service where when you ask for a lot more vegetables, they use their finger tips and grab 2 more peppers or something. And there is the odd lady that serves me who, when I say extra, she loads the veggies on how I like. Every time I have a good experience there, it's because of the same lady.

this is probably the fastest subway drive thru i’ve seen in my LIFE. But what’s even better is they’re not sacrificing quality over speed. every time i’ve ordered here it’s been consistent, fresh, and friendly. and even though the move fast, they don’t make you feel like you’re being pushed or rushed. this subway is a 12/10 for me, you guys are awesome!
