Plentiful offerings on the menu, but to the point that it is intimidating to a person not fluent in sushi. Luckily I was there with experienced sushi-eaters, we were all very happy with the quality of the meal. Server was patient while we decided, and once the selections were requested they were delivered to the table promptly!
I’m very impressed with the freshness of the fish & seafood. The rice quality and texture is spot on. Definitely generous on the portion sizes.

Listen… I don’t know what kind of cosmic deal was struck to create Sushi Heaven, but I’m convinced Poseidon himself is in the kitchen hand-rolling these bad boys while angels fan him with seaweed sheets.
The House Roll? That wasn’t a roll. That was an edible hug from the universe, wrapped in rice. The California Roll? I’m pretty sure it was rolled across the beaches of Malibu by golden retrievers wearing sunglasses....
