Awful service. We went through drive through and ordered two different things. When we payed they just showed us the amount so we didn't know it wasn't what we ordered. When we received it and told them that we ordered a bowl and not a wrap they denied it and told us that we were wrong as if we don't know what we want. They didn't do anything about it and just kept denying what we said. Rude and unprofessional.

I will never go to this Tim Hortons again. The staff are beyond rude. I decided to stand in line in this particular store. I ordered 2 coffees and 2 bagels. I got my coffees and no bagels. After 15 minutes and with no bagels I asked a staff member … she told me I had gotten them. I politely told her that I had gotten my coffees, why would I still be waiting if I already had my order. She walked off and shrugged her shoulders and told me to re order… like WTH.

I was greeted with a smile and warm friendly service not only from the drive thru employee but also another employee who opened and held the door for me as I walk with a cane. I had to come into the restaurant as I was having problems with my tims app. The manager came out and she was just as friendly and helped me with my tim app. All 3 were so friendly it took a bad day I was having and made it feel like a good day Thank you!!
Update Nov23/25 Still exceptionally slow service, my second visit in 8 months. Last time I waited 7 minutes in drive thru line before leaving without a purchase. This visit, I ordered a Steeped tea large.. it cost $3.15. The brand isn't worth it anymore, I believe this will be my purchase for this once iconic restaurant.
