Everything was good other than when I asked for a butter for my bun they apparently could not find any and did not let me know. I finished my chilli and bun without it. All the while they avoided eye contact and not looking for or getting the butter.

Waited at the speaker box for almost 10mins All we wanted was a chilli! Finally get served to find out no chilli at 4pm? Waste of time!
I visited your drive-thru today around 1:15 PM, and the food was fantastic. The employee who took my order, Michelle, was exceptionally friendly and made sure everything was accurate. She communicated clearly over the speaker, and her kindness and professionalism were just as evident at the window. Michelle is truly excellent at her job. I hope to see her again during lunchtime—she made my experience outstanding.
