I had a wonderful experience at Tim Hortons. The food and coffee were excellent as always, but what really made my visit special was the service. A big appreciation to Gayathri, one of the staff members, who was incredibly polite, professional, and attentive. She welcomed me with a warm smile, helped me with my order patiently, and made sure everything was perfect. I never thought I’d be this excited about a coffee stop, but this Tim Hortons has stolen my heart! The coffee is so good, I almost considered moving in permanently. The food is fresh, the staff are friendly, and the cozy atmosphere makes every visit feel like a little treat—my mornings have officially been upgraded!

Drive thru can be organized a lot better.
Make one lane for food and drinks and the other lane only for drinks (put a sign up waay back so people know).
It sucks getting stuck behind someone ordering a lot of food while the other lane moves 4 vehicles before yours moves one. And it sucks being yelled and honked at from behind when your told to wait by the employee.
Great staff and place. Just drive thru creates pain and probably pushes a lot of people away.

No one knows English... ordered a take 10 and a red eye double double... took over 20 minutes to get my coffees and they forgot the essoresso shot... multiple times this Tim's has screwed my order up. Take the 5 extra minutes and go literally anywhere else... 0 stars
