Drive thru can be organized a lot better.
Make one lane for food and drinks and the other lane only for drinks (put a sign up waay back so people know).
It sucks getting stuck behind someone ordering a lot of food while the other lane moves 4 vehicles before yours moves one. And it sucks being yelled and honked at from behind when your told to wait by the employee.
Great staff and place. Just drive thru creates pain and probably pushes a lot of people away.

No one knows English... ordered a take 10 and a red eye double double... took over 20 minutes to get my coffees and they forgot the essoresso shot... multiple times this Tim's has screwed my order up. Take the 5 extra minutes and go literally anywhere else... 0 stars

Poorest customer service from a man by the name of Paradeep. When it happened in front of me, I was on the Q. I regret that guy's nasty behaviour toward the mentally ill young person. On October 7 at 3:43 PM, you guys may verify by looking at the CCTV. Please provide better customer support.

I always order online. Usually there's a Canadian girl. Don't know her name. She us but thick,always happy. Whenever she us there my order is ready. When she is not working is a struggle. 2day I ordered my coffe, got there and nothing ready. Stood there 5 minutes waiting and nothing. I just left. To bad service is not always good.
