I visited your drive-thru today around 1:15 PM, and the food was fantastic. The employee who took my order, Michelle, was exceptionally friendly and made sure everything was accurate. She communicated clearly over the speaker, and her kindness and professionalism were just as evident at the window. Michelle is truly excellent at her job. I hope to see her again during lunchtime—she made my experience outstanding.
Friendly girl with glasses, I believe her name was Shenisha, helped with my order. Her friendliness and kind attitude will make me definitely come back for my coffee every morning. It is also very clean inside and I appreciate the clean bathrooms. Other Tim Hortons locations do not clean their bathrooms as often & I am extremely pleased that this location takes cleanliness seriously, especially in this town!
