Absolutely horrible, I always gave this place the benefit of the doubt for every mistake they do but I've been getting food from here atleast 2-3 times a month and today was my last time. Last time there was a long black hair stuffed into my club sandwich (called and told me they all wear hats or hair nets that it shouldn't have happened?.. When given specific instructions on food and getting told that it didn't come through, absolutely wrong. I have a screen shot of my order and it does say instructions on it and not followed. Manager did want to run me a new order but I refused because paying $25 for food and not receiving what I asked for is not what I intended today. Please please, the first people who answered was rude I called 3 times to get through the phone. It seems like it's always the SAME problem and never gets resolved. Time for a change

Normally we love eating at, and ordering takeout from the W. It’s a treat for my boyfriend and I when we have a day off. Though the last time I called to order, whoever answered was incredibly rude that I actually hung up and we went to TJ’s for some great customer service. Today when we got some breaky from the W, the server we had seemed like they didn’t wanna be helping us with our order and when we arrived home my boyfriend was missing a eggs Benny and his eggs weren’t completely cooked. Experience kinda sucked honestly.

great restaurant but you cannot reach them by phone and there is no way to resolve anything with delivery issues. i waited 20 minutes for my order just now then they cancelled it and closed the restaurant on skipthedishes then would not pick up the phone, prompting me to write this because it’s not the first time something like this has happened with them for me.

Best bang-for- your-buck breakfast restaurant. Food comes quick, eggs are how you order them, cheap prices and friendly staff. I work rotationally and always try to stop here for breakfast after my flight in or before leaving the area.
Also they have shredded hash browns.

The food is always really good and tje coffee is delicious! Hit and miss woth service I don't think the servers are interested in the younger crowds (this is an oldy breakfast place) But we love to go there and eat it's delicious.

A classic breakfast place in Whitehorse. The food is very good and the service is very good. I am glad to have found this place and enjoyed a wonderful meal. If you come to Whitehorse and like traditional breakfast and atmosphere, this is the best choice. Recommended.

Great value for the price. The W breakfast was tasty, bacon was a good portion. Only slight nitpick is the French toast was a tiny bland and the syrup was not real maple syrup. Other than that everything was delicious ?
