I tried calling this restaurant for help though 10 straight calls and they refused to answer even using a different number at the same time
I used the restaurant before and they were pretty rude Especially if I talk to them about calling if an order is ready after they ask for my number yet kept me waiting for my daughters food for almost 2 hours
Now when I go in personally instead of ordering skip???
They make snide remarks about calling each time im there

I can’t walk very good so I don’t go to the restaurant very often so I get the DoorDash and I’ve ordered myself a an all meat omelet and it was just incredible. I can only eat half of it so I used to have now I have another round for supper. It was awesome. Keep up the good work girls.

Ordered on DoorDash, so I can’t really gauge the dining experience, service or atmosphere, but I’ve heard good things overall.
I had the Mushroom Swiss Burger with a side of fries. The burger was above average for a breakfast/lunch/diner sort of place, but the fries could’ve been better.
I find the breaded/coated style fries that can be found at some places to be a lot better. Hopefully they switch to those at some point.

After three failed breakfast attempts, we almost gave up and went for fast food, but decided to give this place a shot. I’m so glad we did. The service was excellent, and the eggs Benny were spot on. The cubed hash browns were cooked perfectly—crispy outside, fluffy inside—which is rare to find. I can’t believe we never tried this place when we lived here before, but I’m glad we finally did on this visit. The interior is cute and cozy.

I drove into fort st john for waffle fries. Got them and they were soggy, the staff blamed the container but if you cooked them a little longer it won't do that as I have cooked them in a restaurant years ago. It was disappointing that they wouldn't even offer to throw them back in for a few min for me... nothing. I will never eat here again!!!
Absolutely horrible, I always gave this place the benefit of the doubt for every mistake they do but I've been getting food from here atleast 2-3 times a month and today was my last time. Last time there was a long black hair stuffed into my club sandwich (called and told me they all wear hats or hair nets that it shouldn't have happened?.. When given specific instructions on food and getting told that it didn't come through, absolutely wrong. I have a screen shot of my order and it does say instructions on it and not followed. Manager did want to run me a new order but I refused because paying $25 for food and not receiving what I asked for is not what I intended today. Please please, the first people who answered was rude I called 3 times to get through the phone. It seems like it's always the SAME problem and never gets resolved. Time for a change

Normally we love eating at, and ordering takeout from the W. It’s a treat for my boyfriend and I when we have a day off. Though the last time I called to order, whoever answered was incredibly rude that I actually hung up and we went to TJ’s for some great customer service. Today when we got some breaky from the W, the server we had seemed like they didn’t wanna be helping us with our order and when we arrived home my boyfriend was missing a eggs Benny and his eggs weren’t completely cooked. Experience kinda sucked honestly.

great restaurant but you cannot reach them by phone and there is no way to resolve anything with delivery issues. i waited 20 minutes for my order just now then they cancelled it and closed the restaurant on skipthedishes then would not pick up the phone, prompting me to write this because it’s not the first time something like this has happened with them for me.
