I have never seen more rotten or slimey tomatoes, and they refused to throw them away, the staff is young and does not know how to make a combo order, and there has been no washroom available for months.

The staff are fantastic work very hard but the management of the store is clearly not happening ladies washroom unavailiable for 4 months because lighting won’t work. No Paninni press for weeks no proper coffee makers girls have to use home style drip filters tiles at the front door are lifting ceiling over the food area is falling down and held up by tape. Subway needs to addreess the franchise owners inability to maintain proper standards. This never the case with previous owners

The portions are pretty small. But what really ruins the experience is the staff's attitude. They are unbelievably hostile, unnecessarily rude, and have such a bark to their tone for no proper reason.

I been buying food and coffee at subways for a very long time and I am no longer gonna buy food there anymore the asian lady always cuts the egg in half when preparing a breakfast sandwich for me and let's not talk about the coffee being poured only 3/4 of the way up one day i offered to pay extra just to fill up the cup to the usual hight is sickening how cheap this company is I have never ever come across this non-sense , this subway in fort st james should be shut down for good ...

The Subway in Fort St James BC is horrible if you use the app to order. My beef is that on the app not all the vegetables are listed. When I put to add jalapeños in the special instructions, they don't put the jalapeños on it. PUT JALAPEÑOS ON YOUR LIST! READ THE SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS!!

I popped into a Subway for a quick bite, and it was awesome! ?? The staff was really friendly and helpful, and they made my sandwich exactly the way I wanted it. The place was clean and cozy, perfect for grabbing a quick meal. And let me tell you, the sandwich was delicious! ?? They had a wide variety of fresh toppings and sauces to choose from, so I could customize it to my heart's content.
