Just do yourself a favor and stop here for some food. Amazing food and great people. Heard a lot of good things about this place from word of mouth. Doug is a rude pos, swearing in Hispanic at his customers, food is mid and way to overpriced, takes an hour and a half every time I’ve called for take out and doesn’t call me when it’s ready. I’m done with this

i’ve ate here on several occasions as i was working in the area for a summer. reading these reviews left me a bit confused. i’ve been to tons of mexican restaurants and this is by no means a “hidden gem” food is below average service mediocre and somewhat friendly depending on the night. on two occasions after our meal we wanted to order a couple more beers and were told that “we are not a bar we are a restaurant. you are aloud 3-4 beers with food or 2 without food” we were by no means intoxicated or being loud or arrogant just a few coworkers enjoying some beers and food after work. on my first visit the tacos caught my eye, they have three kinds shrimp, chicken and beef. they are all the same price and i asked for 2 beef and one shrimp they said no and the reaction i got made me feel like i asked for them to make tortillas from scratch, not a big deal but thought i should include this.

Stopped by on our way home with a very anxious puppy. We were informed no dogs allowed on the patio, so we tied him up out of reach. He was whining and barking, and we didn’t want him to bother other patrons so we were weighing our options. The lovely lady (sorry, didn’t get her name) waitressing offered fresh water and treats for him and then offered to change our orders to to-go and suggested we take him to the park across the street where he’ll be able to run around and be more comfortable. We did just that, and we were so impressed with how accommodating she was for us. On top of the phenomenal service, the food was top notch! We got a large order of nachos and the beef burrito for the two of us to share and we easily could’ve fed another person with that order! Big portions, everything tasted so fresh and perfectly seasoned, and it was lovely to be able to enjoy the meal in the park on a beautiful day. The lovely waitress even made a point to ask how our food was when we came back to pick up the car from their lot. I’ll be making this a mandatory stop every time we drive by from now on. Thank you, Señor Duggie’s, for really showing us a sense of community and compassion in just our small interaction. 12/10, would recommend to a friend.
