Everything was very good. The service was good. The lady who helped us gave us very good suggestions. We had the kale Caesar with polenta fries. The dressing was outstanding and so were the polenta fries. Very tasty. We also shared the falafel bowl. It was also very good. We were told that they make the falafel in house. Very tasty. We just had water to drink from the self serve water dispenser.

Poor management! They did not put two key ingredients in our food while they knew they ran out, but they still charged us the regular amount without being honest about it. Later, we complained about it after we found out that some of the ingredients were missing in our food, and the response was that we should have let them know right away so that they could fix it then. Instead of owning up to their mistake and being professional about it, they blamed us. What we ordered was salad, not an open sandwich. Later, the manager came over to our table to apologize, but it was pretty cheeky. Not professional at all! We planned our morning just to have a nice lunch at this place after hearing about their food from a number of local people. Our overall experience was not that positive.

We ordered catering from Ground Up and loved the whole experience from end to end! Our order was pretty last minute and Becky was super accommodating and helpful in providing recommendations. We had: pakoras with mango chutney, spring rolls with sweet and sour sauce, veggies with hummus, a fruit platter, chicken skewers with peanut sauce, Greek salad, curry rice, 1 meat quiche, 1 veggie quiche plus an assortment of cookies and cakes. It was all very lovely and delicious! Highly recommend Ground Up for catering!!

We left the island a few days ago and I'm sad because I really want to eat another one of the amazing salads here. One of the days I had this curry rice salad that looked super intriguing and was DELICIOUS (photo included.) The next day I had the dijon chickpea salad they had available and... ugh, I can't stop thinking about it!! The oat peanut butter cookie I tried was also fantastic.

We ordered a Masala Bowl & Beef Burger with fries. I was looking for a gluten free lunch that would be warm and filling on on a dark day. Masala bowl was perfect! The burger was the best tasting beef burger we have had in a very long time! The fries were also excellent. Honestly the best tasting Burger and fries we've had in 30 years! We'll be back!
