The farm-to-table concept shines through the inventive fusion of ingredients, ensuring a delightful culinary journey. The service is fantastic, with detailed descriptions of each course. While wine pairings are available, dressing fancy is not required, adding to the welcoming atmosphere. Located in the candlelit woods of Galiano, Pilgrimme provides a unique and delightful gastronomic experience, leaving diners satisfied and curious for more. It's one of the best meals ever, surprising and thoughtful at every course. The food was just so good, with seasoning, broth or sauce that was wanted to finish. The service was so good, relaxed but absolutely on top of everything. The atmosphere and setting was perfect. This will be an annual pilgrimmeage for us.
