We drove to Gold River to try the pizza here. The picture on the site looked incredible. We were disappointed that the crust was a bought frozen shell. We also had the Caesar salad, now that was incredible! It had a light, fresh taste that I have never had before. Their special that night was perogies, I really wished I had got that instead of the pizza. Overall the atmosphere and waitress were awesome, we will go again, but not for pizza.
The atmosphere is casual but tasteful with local art on the walls. The food was delicious and upscale flavour details that would usually be seen in a downtown bistro. While the ling cod fish cakes were small, the details such as a grilled face lemon knocked the flavours out of the park. We had appies and dessert. The house made desserts of cheese cakes and Carrot cake were excellent. A gem in tiny Gold River. I would find time to stop in when I return.

Between 3 of us, we had Turkey Vegetable Soup, Canadian Pizza and Chicken Ceasar Wraps and everything was delicious, filling and decently priced. Never disappointed when we eat here!
