We had a really nice dinner tonight at Mama’s Pacific Grill! The food is very nice and the staff is very friendly. All four of us in the group enjoyed the evening out.

My first clue should’ve been the name. Pacific Grill in Greenwood? The place is friendly, clean, and fine for a meal, but the lunch was poor, and I’m normally very tolerant thinking I at least have something to eat. A grilled cheese sandwich described as 2 slices of bread with a pile of cheese sounded quite good. Add bacon, which I did, and it comes with fries. Low end bread and not a pile of cheese at all, and the cheese was quite tasteless. The sandwich was less than mediocre. But the fries…the fries! Dark brown, soft and greasy. You’d think the oil in the deep fryer hadn’t been changed since 1966. By far the worst fries I’ve ever eaten. Couldn’t do more than half of them and that was through ketchup force. Perhaps try a wrap but don’t trust the deep fryer. The coffee? Ummm…you be the judge.

I had veal cutlets. They were fall apart tender. Awesome. My wife had clam chowder soup and BLT and said they also were very good. Restaurant, including bathrooms, were extremely clean. Price was reasonable. Service was also very good and very friendly. The only reason I downgraded the atmosphere is because the building is old and shows it.

Great food. We had a hearty breakfast! My son arrived late, slept in, and she noticed he had no food and made him an order immediately! Waitress handled a ver busy morning very well. Great service!

Club sandwich and Greek wrap were stellar. They held our baby and walked him around while we ate. Amazing!

Great local restaurant operated by some lovely people. Service is friendly and they have lots of seating. Located in a neat old historic building. Worth noting that the old less than great reviews are from old owners. We own the building next door and eat here weekly — The new folks are great!

Heritage building with many original features which fits in well with the history of Greenwood. Service is good and staff are friendly. Servings are large and filling. Lots of burgers to choose from. Wraps, taco salads, fish and chips plus specials. Great yam fries.
