We wanted to leave a review on Mercedese coffee beans. Bar none its the best coffee we've ever had. We ordered the French roast Ethiopian. I tried all coffee beans and we usually ended up with Kicking Horse... until my friend Brenda recommended this coffee bean producer. Mercedes Beans are the ultimate in a robust smooth rich flavor with NO acidic after taste. We tried to go back to save on the cost of posting them to Alberta from northern BC, only to realize we know what we LOVE and it's these beans!! Worth 3 years of drinking your coffee. Best customer service too! Pleasant and delightful and ready to adjust to my last minute 'out of coffee' calls! Thank you folks so much. We wish the very best for your continued success. We will miss our Mercedese Beans as we are moving to Asia in 7 weeks. Wish you delivered... or could you?!? ? ?

Friendly Kispoix band owned spot!! Everything has a personal touch. There is a unique sign on the front of the building, and a patio out front with umbrellas.. so it is easy to find! Plenty of parking around also. You walk past the patio and through the door to a shop full of beautifully made artisan crafts, and the wonderful aroma of tea leaves and roasted coffee beans. This was so welcoming after a long drive. I would come out here anytime just to enjoy sitting with a cup of tea (or coffee) & taking in the utterly relaxing atmosphere of this little town & the friendly people here.

Could have a little more urgency when making drinks, especially in the morning.

Vegetarian options: They offer soy and oat milk

Wheelchair accessibility: Could use a ramp leading to the seated area

So glad I went into Old Hazelton for coffee and snack after bird watching at Ross Lake. It topped off a day out perfectly. Very welcoming staff, great coffee and interesting stuff inside, which I couldn't resist.

I have always received amazing customer service from this place. They have so many cool little nick knacks. And a great place to stop for any souvenir things for the Hazleton’s and area. Amazing aboriginal art, cups and other great things. A must stop for sure in the Hazelton area.

Amazing cappuccino and banana bread with a friend while we enjoyed a game of Scrabble. We decided to borrow the Scrabble board from the Learning Shop Drop-in and take it over to the Cafe and have a game over there. The staff were kind, friendly and accommodating. I loved the atmosphere with accommodation for mobility devices to move around the space. A variety of curios and treats and gifts along with a large selection of teas and coffees. Highly recommend this First Nations Owned and operated business.

Wheelchair accessibility: Both the restroom and entrance are mobility device accessible with lots of space to move around the shop with a nice round-about design to browse. Ramp for entry.
