I ordered perry perry potato buddy on 31march, around 4:10pm, the girl on window told me to wait for 5-6 mins for hash brown after that she handed me the order when i reached home i saw its not potato buddy burger its similar to beef burger.. ??

Very ineffective fromt end taking orders. Waited 15 minutes inside then went outside, got in the drive thru and had food in 3 or 4 minutes. Not sure if the staff person out front and the rest of the team was on top of things....

The food was fine.The issue is that we ordered diet root beer and were served regular. Neither of us has drunk regular soda for years due to health conditions, and we can both taste the difference. When we went back in and got it corrected, we watched the employee dispense diet, and she insisted the previous one was also, but it tasted the same.We took her word for it, but my husband's blood glucose readings after the fact confirm it was regular soda; the only thing he ordered was a drink. The lines must have been switched.This is an unacceptable error, as it can easily make people sick.
