Just ordered three smoothies, and they all tasted like water. The flavor and consistency were not like other shops I've been to at all. It was a bad first experience for some people in our group, which says a lot. I feel like all the shops should be the same or at least close to it. I definitely feel like these juices were not worth our money. I was going to complain but the lady looked very unhappy. At this point, I feel like mcdonals would have been a better choice and cheaper. Hope this gets better.

I feel so bad when I’m treated like I’m bothering someone for ordering a $10 smoothie and expecting that it’s filled up more than 3/4 full. What a weird and uncomfortable experience today, older lady was passive aggressive grumpy af. I don’t wanna come back.

This location is severely understaffed. We’ve been here twice over the holidays and both times during the lunch hour, during both visits only one staff member was working. The lineup was out the door and customers were opting to go elsewhere.We always order on route via the app to avoid a long wait, but still ended up waiting approx. 30+ mins.However, I must mention that considering the amount of pressure the singular staff were under, both were quite pleasant.
