Terrible service here!!
27$ just for this little portion and two milk shakes.
This is so unfair!!!
We ordered a chicken strip basket and blizzard.
First thing they had given us such a small portion it might as well have been a kids meal
Second thing the ice cream for the blizzard and the milkshake smelt like they were month past the expiration.
Thirdly to makes things worst this order costed me almost $30
And finally the workers were rushing me to order even though we were the only customers in the drive thru

Took a long time for the order. I was given somebody else’s order, which I gave to the right customer. Then they got my burger order wrong. When I finally got my burger, the lower bun was wet and steaming hot. It felt like they reheated my burger in the microwave. The whole experience was nasty.

Washrooms absolutely unacceptable dirty and doesn't have up to date maintenance they had no soap and toilet paper everywhere on the floor. The worker refilled the soap but didn't wash hands after leaving the bathroom and was serving customers. Food all over the floor where the workers were serving other customers .Found hair in our ice cream. This place Has a service Food safe problem highly unacceptable.

My family and I were dining at the DQ in Hope, and what we experienced was absolutely unacceptable. We used the red trays located at the entrance, thinking they were for customers. After finishing our meal, as we were returning the trays to the counter, the cashier approached us and informed us that these trays were actually used to cover trash cans! Seriously?? Why on earth would you place something meant for maintenance purposes within easy reach of customers? Where are the signs indicating that these trays are not for customer use and are, in fact, meant to cover trash cans?
We came in expecting to enjoy a nice meal, but instead, we left utterly disgusted and outraged, now worried about whether we’re going to get sick. What kind of operation are you running? This is beyond disappointing—it's downright appalling!
Not sure why they are asking for tip..
Fast food tipping is ridiculous
Clearly asked for single burger but charged for double.
Not sure if that was intentional or not.
Didn’t ask for refund or any sort of correction, instead, i simply will not be visiting this location ever again.
