I honestly don’t know why this location even sells burgers. I’ve gone there three days in a row specifically to buy a mushroom burger, and every single time I get the same answer: “the grill is closed.”
I went at 9:15 one night, 9:30 another night. Still closed. So what time exactly does the grill work? Because it clearly doesn’t work during business hours.
When I told them this is not good service, the employee literally told me to go put a review. So here it is.
If you’re open, the grill should be open. If the grill is never open, stop advertising burgers. This is just lazy service and a waste of customers’ time.
I won’t be coming back. Total disappointment.

Good food and good service in one of the most scenic locations of any Dairy Queen. They capitalize on this with big windows in the front of the seating area. Come dine in the mountains across the road from the mighty Fraser River.

ordered a meal through the drive thru and was asked what drink, told them. got my meal but asked about my drink again because didn’t get it yet and the worker proceeded to say we didn’t get a drink from you and was looking at my partner all confused and dumb. It’s a meal/combo there should be a drink. They didn’t even try to ask what drink I ordered. 2 guys just standing there looking at us all confused like what.

WATCH YOUR PAYMENT IF PAYING WITH TAP!!!! MY husband and I placed our order. Tapped our card, employee said it did not go through ..seemed fishy, we did it again. We quickly realized that we were overcharged twice $80! We showed the employee right away! They asked us to and follow up to check for our refund 24hrs later. This was 8 days ago, and still no refund!! They do not answer their phones! Our bank is now involved. I do not recommend this business at all!!

BEWARE, the price on their display is not what you will be charged. EG. display shows $7.10 for a large milkshake, my bill shows $7.99 plus tax. When I asked about it, he said that was the price now.

Great place if you’re craving ice cream or just want something sweet after a meal. The Blizzards are the best part with lots of flavors to choose from, and it’s always fun how they serve it upside down. They also have sundaes, shakes, and even hot food if you want something more than dessert. Service is usually quick and the staff are friendly. Prices are fair for the portion sizes, and it’s an easy go to spot especially on a hot day.
I always stop here on my travels between the interior and the coast. It's always pretty quiet with great views of the Fraser River. Also good for people/car watching if you sit by the window. Staff is always friendly! Zero complaints from me!

Ordered Triple Chocolate Brownie, everywhere else, they serve it with a hot brownie, these guys served cold brownie and then refused to accept that they did so saying that they did warm it up.

We ordered a chicken strip basket and blizzard. First thing they had given us such a small portion it might as well have been a kids meal Second thing the ice cream for the blizzard and the milkshake smelt like they were month past the expiration. Thirdly to makes things worst this order costed me almost $30 And finally the workers were rushing me to order even though we were the only customers in the drive thru
