No quality, pride or remotely up to any standard of any dairy queen I've been to, and I travel alot. Didnt acknowledge me being at the menu board. Didn't repeat my order back to me just said anything else over and over. Got the order wrong ahead of me, took over 10 mins beflre they got her to pull off to the side but not before the drive thru attendant got into an argument with the person who had their order wrong. Then he made me a messy cone and I had to ask him twice to dip it and it was running all over the place, didn't offer extra napkinsHis hands were filthy by the way. My burger has so much ketchup on it that super bun slid off vs it being on the bottom. Stack of pickles and a pound of salt left it in edible. Then he have me a Pepsi and not a diet Pepsi, tasted like the machines lines were dirty too. To top it off he over filled it and didn't put the lid on completely and it spilled all over me as i drove away. Rude dirty person. Slow the hell down and do it right man. Ordered a medium chocolate milkshake through drive thru... got back on the road again, and started drinking it... was sour! Smelt sour, tasted funny, and had little white chunks in the milkshake.Called the restaurant to let them know, got offered $2 off my next one I get... you pay $7 for a SOUR MILKSHAKE and only get a $2 off the next one? How about replace the sour one for free...The person I talked to is apparently the supervisor/manager and owner... and basically called me a liar as supposedly there were orders after me that had milkshakes and they didn't call and complain.I mean come on, how many people actually call to complain about a drink? I was just hoping they could rectify their issue so I could get a PROPER milkshake on my way home tomorrow.Definitely do not suggest eating here or supporting this business. 2 major thumbs down! ??

If you go through the drive thru expect your drink to be watered down with warm water. Not once, not twice... But every time. Not to mention the machine asks for tips if you go inside.

Get a second mortgage to eat here...Grilled chicken salad ($14) and two items from the $6 value menu was $27. $14 for a salad, and looked like it came from save on foods for $9, which is 2/3 of what it was when it was in a bowl, and half the chicken which isn't what it was. I felt taken to the cleaner for lunch. It's getting worse everywhere.

Cold hamburger, salad was a disaster served in a dirty environment. We had a large ant crawling on our table. Had to throw everything away. Now I know why DQ is suitable only for dairy products and not food.

Of course I was handed a pay terminal with tip options FOR FAST FOOD. STOP. PAY YOUR STAFF AND GIVE THIS NONSENSE UP. I will actively not tip when this happens. Then I got a look of attitude from the counter girl and stood there 10 minutes while several customers food sat in the pass through getting cold. Give that attitude to your employer, I didn't make your work there and I didn't decide what you get paid. Then I stared at someone who looked like an owner or manager standing around with his hands in his pockets. I don't know how these businesses expect to be successful without even the basics of customer service. Entitlement and laziness all around. Pathetic.

Got the $8 dollar meal special. It satisfied my fast food craving and it came with a sundae which I ate partially. Too much food!Parking: Couldn't make the turn into the parking lot with a camper, but the parking was large enough for it easily. Ended up street parking which was free and close by. Beautiful view of the river in a park across the street.
