Thursday nights are a definite MUST VISIT! 5 dollar deluxe burger (with purchase of a drink) and trivia night make for the greatest date night on a budget 😋 the service from Chandal was stellar and the entire atmosphere was so welcoming to locals and passersby alike

Highly recommend!! I meant to take a picture of the burger for this review but it smelled so good that I completely forgot until I finished, but trust me this burger is worth the 5 bucks

My wife and I moved to the Hope area a short time ago, we love it. We heard from some locals that the fish&chips at the Chalice pub were excellent and they didn't disappoint. Nice pieces of fish , lots of crispy fries and yummy tarter sauce. All served up by a wonderful server named Chandel. Were looking forward to trying other menu items cause they have a nice selection.

We stumbled across this place a few months ago when travelling thru. We had the most amazing fish and chips, the service and atmophere were amazig, it was super busy.

Fast forward to yesterday, the fish was paper thin and had way, I mean way too much greasy, over cooked batter in it. We will never go back.

I have always liked this bar but I witnessed an older woman behind the bar lose it on a waitress I have seen here for many years. So unprofessional and uncomfortable to watch. The servers here work really hard and I felt bad watching her degrade this employee.

Had very nice girl Chandel for waitress super friendly, veggie burgers are homemade very good, friend had cheese and veggy quesadilla, other friend had fish and chips, they liked there food as well. Ceasars sunday $5.25 can't go wrong. Wish didn't allow smoking as allergic on patio but we were almost done so was okay
Will be back. Hard to get friendly good service anymore.

A group of us came out to try this place again and now unfortunately for the last time.
Our first experience was alright. Decent service, food wasn't the greatest. Burger was like a puck . Pulled pork was dry. Drinks were alright. Now recently this week we had another try.
The food we had was disgusting. Served cold, looked like old news. When we mentioned it to the server the response was a slight shrug to the shoulder and a sorry. When looking into the kitchen and observing the mess/unsightly view it's a clear indication that this establishment isn't practicing food safe. They definitely could use some improvement.

Good and kind service. Good food great drink prices. Karaoke was very fun and the karaoke host was amazing.
