Croffle Breakfast was excellent. My wife and I enjoyed our visit. The restaurant was clean and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The prices were reasonable. The food was tasty and presentable. If we come through Hope again we will definitely have to return.
Chicken pho was wonderful except that I prefer shreds and chunks to ground. Expected sliced jalapenos but that may have been a decision based on the tastes of the local market vs New Mexico and California, where I used to eat a lot of pho. Service was very fast. Extra props for the WiFi which is not prevalent in that end of town really

SO much better than our old stop of Dairy Queen on our way through town. We had some yummy sandwiches at the park nearby and it made our time in Hope so enjoyable. Definitely check this spot out! <3
