Lovely little Cafe that's right near the water. The food is delicious and prepared well. The atmosphere evokes the feeling of being in a Cafe in rural Japan. I highly recommend a visit or three

Great staff, wonderful food and the views from the deck are amazing. Those mountains are something else! Will have to take a picture next time instead of just gawking :)

Literally the best sushi that we have tasted in Canada. And we know our sushi. Very small, unassuming place but worth a visit

We have thoroughly enjoyed Kibo for the past 8 years; it's our first go-to restaurant when we want sushi and other Japanese food. Super quaint, with outdoor seating. It can get very, very busy, so pack your patience, but the wait is worth it.

The other nice ramen place that we had on the way to Vancouver was closed so we went there to have some ramen for dinner with our 7year old kid. We also ordered beef ramen for us... Don't expect to get the one of regular thick and tasty ramen soups from Japanese cafes. This place serves cheap spicy instant noodle soup alike Korean Dosirac (Doshirak) that I used to it when had no money as a university student :D but so pricy in this cafe at the same time! I don't have that much health to sustain this junk food any more. They totally refuced to solve issue so we had to partially eat it and order additional rolls. All three of us got stomach pain. Won't go there again during next road trip.

Honestly, It was mediocre. It wasn't bad dont get me wrong, but It wasn't something i'd go crazy for, The roll i tried was the "Smoked Salmon Roll." The total cost was 8.35$. The reason I came here, Is because, The Kimchi Restaurant was closed for a few days, due to to a power outage, and I decided to try something new.
Vegetarian options: You got sushi with 0 meat.
Dietary restrictions: Theres alternatives if there is a food you cant have
Parking: It was a larger plot, i couldnt call them parking spaces exactly, but there is plenty of room.
Kid-friendliness: There's food options for teenagers (like myself) who just want to try some sushi.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp you could go up on.

The exterior of the restaurant is cute and pretty, almost like a home. The interior is also clean and comfortable. It seems like they have taken good care of it. The meals were all delicious. It is a bit far from downtown Hope, but they also have a stir-fried pork menu, so I recommend this place if you are a Korean.
