We visited Kimchi restaurant on our trip to Hope, BC. We had a group of 13 ppl and were seated at 3 separate tables. It’s a small restaurant with only 10 tables maybe? The bento boxes were good value. The sashimi were fresh and good portions. We’d glad to find this place for lunch.

Great food! Very reasonable prices. Kind and prompt service. Warm decor. Large servings. We loved our Bulgogi, Tofu Yakisoba Box (with so many little different things) and Yakitori Chicken. O yeah - and free delicious Korean tea with that mild roasted taste. And a medley of inexpensive Korean desserts! Deserves 5 stars!

A little crowded but restaurant served large group quickly. Had miso soup and beef with rice. Wife had chicken and rice with large pieces fried chicken. Veggies were only raw spinach though

Only thing I didn't enjoy was the seats. They seemed old had what look like persian carpet Matt's on them. The seats were high at the front low at the back & not good for someone with hip or back pains. If the upgraded the seating in the booths it would be top notch. Nothing else to say as I loved everything else.

Came in and got a seat. Took our order after a few minutes. All good. And then we sat there for about 30 minutes. We noticed other people who ordered after us getting their food. We complained. They told us that they had not gotten our order. They apologized profusely. Said they were going to immediately get ours done. I’m sitting here 15 minutes later still waiting and watching them bring food to other people. I didn’t rate the food as I have not eaten it yet.
