Excellent! We stopped in Hope on our road trip from Seattle to Banff. Lolas Tortas was an amazing and unexpected find. I got the chicken bowl - it was fresh and light. Highly recommend.
Mediocre service, small take away place. They have air co diction g but not turned on a hot day. Avoid dine in. Birria was decent.

What a great little place. Very accomodating as we had a dog, gave us extra chair so we could use the outdoor sitting. The portions were large and great value. The food was fresh, delicious, and artfully presented The rice bowl was great!

Great food in hope. Our take out order took about 15 mins. I had the chorizo torta and it was delicious. Could have been spicier so I’d recommend adding some hot sauce (they have lots of varieties). Kids split a quesadilla and they were accommodating about only putting protein on half for my picky eaters. Only downside is there is very little seating. Perhaps they can add only table outside. Prices were on par with other places. I’d go back for sure!
