Papa Johns Pizza

We were in town around 4 pm and went into PJP to check out the menu. We didn't want our pizza until about 7 pm, but we ordered it and paid for it whilst we were there. Gave them our hotel details, and they were spot on with 7pm delivery with a steaming hot pizza as ordered. Great work and service, guys!

Yesterday I was at papa John's i ordered one pepperoni pizza was good taste . The employee of this location Hope Bc papa John is very good and they gave me best customer service and within given time they gave me the store is cleaned and their customer service

We are traveling to Kelowna through hope and stop to this wonderful place for Starbucks but we unfortunately they were Closed and we are hungry we went to this papa John’s and order Pizza and Chicken Bites after some wait I got my order but they miss to make chicken bites but staff was so good they offer me a drink and free Chicken bites and food was so Delicious will stop by next time again and 100% Recommended this pizza place?????

This franchise owner is so cheap they only employ one person to run the entire store. I waited over 60 minutes for my order because the poor single employee was doing 10 things at once trying to manage a ton of orders.

Poor service by the rude men and women who work at this place.
The food is awful the people are rude and don't wash their hair ..have poor hygiene ...barely speak English

Today I visited papa Johns restaurant in hope as expected the service was so fast and the employees working over there were really polite and the pizza we ordered was properly customized according to my needs. I will surely visit the restaurant again and would recommend to all .Best place for having lunch with family.

Was the worst Papa John's Pizza ever. Most of the reviews look rigged. Barely any toppings. 1 inch of empty crust all the way around. Gave me a stomach ache. They wouldn't refund. None of the service@ or franchising@ emails worked. I've eaten at Papa John's in Lynn Valley, North Van and it was good with lots of toppings. Looks like franchising quality control down the drain.

Best service ever, I visited first time at papa John's in hope. Their staffs are good and respectful. I visited lot of time at papa John's in others location's. but, especially my experience is really good at hope papa John's. I ordered butter chicken pizza the taste was too good. their staff are highly experienced. I would recommend it to anyone.
