The food was amazing and service was fast! Our waiter was amazingly sweet and entertaining and totally made our night. If you’re seeing this (black hair with frosted tips and did a British accent) we absolutely loved you.

Great little diner and a bit of a time capsule as it is certainly dated decor (big plus for me) Food and staff were both great and we hope to come back when we next pass through!

We were passing through Hope and decided to stop for lunch. A local told us about Rolly's. We were seated right away, and the waitress was wonderful. Our food and drinks came fast and hot and was delicious. Next time we're in, Hope we'll go to Rollys. 😋

After hiking around the recently opened Othello Tunnels, we stopped at our favorite restaurant in Hope before heading home. It is Rolly’s Restaurant, of course. The food is always great, and the staff is very friendly. They have helped me to find interesting local sites to get pictures of that I wouldn’t have easily found online. It opens at 6 am for those early risers.

spaghetti was good they let us older late so W for that everything was good but noodles in the teriyaki were taste less and gross looking, and the cheese cake literally had a mark on it and like hair that is so gross and unprofessional i was so excited about that until the hair really made me wanna cry i saw that do better.
Hilariously bad beef dip. Very small amount of thick cut and dry beef. It made me sad.

I took the drive all the way from Abbotsford to check out this gem. Very few people know how to properly poach an egg. But this place can! As soon as I walked in i was made to feel completely comfortable. The servers make sure your coffee ☕️ is always full. If you ever happen to pass through Hope; you had better stop in here. 👍
Parking: There is plenty of parking in the lot, wheelchair parking, as well as street parking.

I've been here twice, beef dip both times because it was so good the first time.
Potato salad and cole slaw are both SO good.
