I was visiting Hope during the late afternoon and thought I would go get dinner wherever was close and open. When I arrived at Rolly’s Restaurant, the place was relatively vacant.
Another thing I noticed about the restaurant was how happy and proficient the staff was working there. They served me water right away and also asked if I wanted tea or coffee, which is the first at any restaurant for me.

We had dinner here and again the next morning. A typical diner, with great, very friendly and attentive staff. The prices are good, the portions are large and the food is delicious!
