They don’t know what they are doing, asked for my drink to be put in a Trenta cup, they said because it’s a espresso drink they can’t do it… I have never had an issue ordering this from any other Starbucks.
Clearly the management team has no clue what they are doing.

Seems like every time we stop there they are closed and only have the drive thru open. Not sure of the reason but guess we will just not drive into hope any longer just to find this out. Poor service if they only want to cater to take out only.

the service was nice and the drink was good :( But they gave me the wrong drink size and I pointed it out, but they didn’t really do anything. It’s my fault as I’m really anxious and am disabled but I wish they would have maybe helped understand and given a partial refund :( it’s ok either way but just make sure to get the right size. I’m just sad cause I don’t often have money for these things…

Terrible coffee and service, even by Starbucks standards. There's a bunch of other coffee shops around, don't waste your time at this location. Btw they switched to drive through only when I went there, you can't even come inside, the doors are locked.
Family friendly; Near to Tesla Supercharger; Clean washrooms. Ample space;

Blond barista spit in my drink. I asked for a brown sugar oat latte with vanilla sweet cream cold foam they did not put cold foam and when I asked the barista if the drink has cold foam she said it does not and if it says on the drink label I said yes! She turned around to remake my drink then put it on the counter without saying anything and quickly turned away. Later on I noticed something jelly in the cup so the barista most likely spit in the drink. Please talk to your employees about the proper customer service.
