I recently stopped in here 10 minutes before closing on my way home from Vancouver to Kelowna. They still had some hot coffee left, and the staff were super friendly. I have stopped here multiple times before on my way through and the service has always been excellent. The washrooms were also very clean as well. Great job!

They don’t know what they are doing, asked for my drink to be put in a Trenta cup, they said because it’s a espresso drink they can’t do it… I have never had an issue ordering this from any other Starbucks.
Clearly the management team has no clue what they are doing.

Seems like every time we stop there they are closed and only have the drive thru open. Not sure of the reason but guess we will just not drive into hope any longer just to find this out. Poor service if they only want to cater to take out only.

the service was nice and the drink was good :( But they gave me the wrong drink size and I pointed it out, but they didn’t really do anything. It’s my fault as I’m really anxious and am disabled but I wish they would have maybe helped understand and given a partial refund :( it’s ok either way but just make sure to get the right size. I’m just sad cause I don’t often have money for these things…

Choose somewhere else. Not worth it. Staff are snooty and need training in customer service.

Terrible coffee and service, even by Starbucks standards. There's a bunch of other coffee shops around, don't waste your time at this location. Btw they switched to drive through only when I went there, you can't even come inside, the doors are locked.
