Omg I love it here great customer service and delicious drinks and food ? favourite place ever! My personal favorite drink is the moca cookie crumble frappe it's absolutely amazing ??? and I love the chocolate croissant ?And the gift card having my name was hilarious ?and also the dog friendly patio is terrific ❤️I love seeing all the happy pups with pup cups❤️❤️❤️??

Really disappointing to arrive at a Starbucks during pumpkin season and not have pumpkin cold brew coffee..the service was also not the friendliest. No suggestions what to order instead & a little condescending when I asked what to order instead.

It seemed like the barista was in a bad mood. I went through the drive through and received no greeting or thank you even after tipping. I wasn’t going to leave a review until I realized my drink order was also wrong after I left.

My family loves Starbucks. I don’t even drink coffee and I’ve always enjoyed all the coffee alternatives at Starbucks. Quality and great service is the hallmark of Starbucks. That’s what keeps me going.

Great place to grab a beverage and get some work done. Outlets for charging devices built into the bench seats, spacious area, long table with seating for 8-10 & lots of small tables for single or couple seating. Music isn't too loud to have a conversation. 3 inclusive & accessible washrooms. Drive-Thru and some outdoor seating.

It’s too bad this location takes customers for granted being one of the only places to stop for a decent coffee in Hope. 15 minute wait and lost order while travelling through. Paid for + 25% tip and they can’t ‘find’ my order? No apology, no one seems to know how to refund & I’m out the door with nothing. Very happy for this location, business is good - I suppose they can afford to lose a customer or two.
