I'm waiting in the parking lot while my family gets dinner in Subway. I'm having a laugh at the 30min parking only sign cause it's been longer than that. There is only one guy making sandwiches while the other employee stocks a very full fridge of pop. We already waited through a huge lineup and now this. It's taking FOREVER!

The worst subway service I have ever seen. Both of the workers don’t have time to serve the customers, they were busy talking to themselves. Was not paying attention to what we are saying and they were busy talking to themselves in their own language.

Cute small town subway. Clean, friendly, and fresh ingredients. Lots of parking on the side road. Hit the park downtown to enjoy your sandwich at a picnic table.Reccommend this facility.
Takes the cake for the ultimate phone it in service. Didn't even bother to cut the sandwich or set the bottom place of the drink dispenser

If you are looking for the worst Subway in BC, try this one out. It's a good competitor. Unfortunately it's steady traffic is from people passing through Hope for a quick bite, but as someone who has lived here long enough to see no positive changes in this place? I suggest you go the extra 4 minutes down to the Flying J's subway. They actually clean their workspace, have toppings and meat that aren't browning; And their staff are actually coherent. No, seriously. My friend and I once ordered from this Subway in town and one of the younger girls in the family made his sandwich complete opposite to what he was asking for, and instead of a proper apology or offering to remake it. Yep, you guessed it. She was laughing and offered nothing to makeup for her mistakes. Instead my friend just wanted out of there because of her behavior and paid for something he didn't want. Why? Because having 7 pizza places in town gets old for takeout. I had to use the washroom quickly while stopping by, too, recently it seems they've completely bypassed proper upkeep there as well. The toilet seat was clammy + garbage full. Poor light fixture too. Overall this place is a huge avoid. Take the extra couple minutes to the next Subway and enjoy something worth your money. This place needs new owners, or turned into something else. Badly. ✌

Probably the most judgemental customer service I have received: two employees were on the salad portion of the sandwich making I asked the male if he could change gloves (he did and he was fast and efficient) the girl however was b&%#hy and gave extreme attitude. Sorry I have allergy requirements. ?Also I had to repeatedly ask for additional lettuce, spinach, and olives like the cheapest of ingredients and get 1 small spinach leaf..Would not recommend.
