Subway artist working opening shift on Sept 6th is terrific. She was kind, helpful and patient. Had restaurant opened and ready to serve 5 minutes before 8a.m. She was patient while I worked out the subway app and helped me use the in store function. In addition the buns were fresh and all the veggies looked great except some browning on the lettuce. When the young artist grabbed the lettuce she picked off the few suspect pieces ( it was after all opening) Great experience

Got a breakfast sandwich. The egg was torn in third and didn't even cover half the sandwich. Also got a salad, the lettuce was no longer crisp and there was quote a bit of water on it. Asked for avocado on salad, which was also very watery; might as well have poured it out of a sauce bottle. Overall, there was less than half a salad bowl at the end. Very disappointed in this location. It's one thing to serve less product due to inflation, but its another to have it not fresh.

I had a very disappointing experience at this location ,was travelling from alberta to bc so i thought i will eat sandwich Not sure what happened here, but the customer service representative i dnt know her name but she was extremely unprofessional What happened to Subway quality? Now they slap a thin layer of meat on the bread, and so skimpy with the veg, have to tell them 3x more please! This experience was frustrating on multiple levels— poor customer service. I hope management sees this and takes steps to address both the refund and the unacceptable behavior

I just bought a sausage and egg breakfast sandwich and was charged $2 for cheese. When I asked about this, i was told that this sandwich does not come with cheese. I have never paid for cheese before. $9.99 for a footlong breakfast sandwich and then the $2 for cheese. That is the last time I go to this location. I believe the employee stole $2 from me! The national menu says cheese is included.

I unfortunately have to edit this review, which was originally positive. I had a great first impression, and returned numerous times as a local, until my most recent order, where I got food poisoning within minutes of eating the teriyaki chicken.
I'd like to say it was one bad batch of meat, but they gave the final scoop at the bottom of the container, indicating hours of sitting out. I'm disgusted as a fellow restaurant employee.
I haven’t had good subway in a very long time and this was great! I didn’t feel sick after eating here and everything was super clean

This Subway at old Princeton way Hope , was clean inside and out. No smudges on the door, washrooms clean, no litter, airfreshner, soap and paper towels fully stocked. The clerk Ms. Nazia was extremely polite, greeted me with a smile and is an asset to the organization. HR, please make sure that this review is put into her file.
