We stopped here for some treats on the way to Harrison and although it was late in the day there were plenty of tasty looking pastries to choose from. We ended up with 4 different options and every one of them proved to be exceptional. I look forward to passing through Hope again to try more.

You have to stop here if you’re in Hope. This bakery has THE BEST apple fritters! We’ve stopped in a few times and have also tried a brookie (a brownie with a cookie baked into the centre), peanut butter cookies and a shepherd’s pie (I brought home to bake) plus a handful of other treats. Everything has been delicious but again, the apple fritters are second to none - 10 out of 10.

I absolutely loved everything about my experience, AND it was the most delicious birthday cake I’ve ever had!!!I highly recommend this business! The person I spoke to on the phone while inquiring about placing the order was very knowledgeable and pleasant. The ordering process was simple and efficient on the online platform and gave a discount for ordering online! The cake was ready earlier than expected and I even got a text reminding me of the pick up!The Paw Patrol design was gorgeous and absolutely fantastic! After singing happy birthday when I finally tasted the cake I had seconds, and THIRDS!!! DELICIOUS CAKE! Highly recommend! Thank you for the great experience.
