Why do they act likes it’s so hard with 12 people in there? You need capable employees I say there ignored with no one helping me with 12 people flying around doing nothing , it’s 830 in the morning, it’s not their job if they can’t handle it

I'm a truck driver and go to alot of Tim's in my travels the service here is horrible waited 15 just for a coffee the employees look like there in slow mo skip this one and go to one in popkum

SLOWEST BOTH DRIVE THRU AND INSIDE SERVICE -MOST INACCURATE ORDERS HANDED OVER- AND HAD 17 FRIENDS IN THE LAST YEAR TELL ME NEVER AGAIN.

Stopped at around 8pm on the 31st of August garbages inside and out were overflowing not a clean table in restaurant and the bathrooms were the most disgusting I have ever seen. Not the tim Hortons I remember from 20 years ago. If you can't keep your restaurant clean how can you keep your kitchen clean.

To the quick-witted manager working the drive thru window on Thursday morning ,yesterday, huge thank you for taking the extra time to ensure I got my Tim's points with my combo order. Your common sense approach to basic customer service was appreciated. That male employee working the window had an aggressive reaction and response equalling that of a Goldfish. He lacked complete common sense, given the circumstances of an empty drive thru. Barking orders for me to call head office just to add points with my order when all that was needed was a little patience was dumb. So thanks for your sharp observation and making things right.
