I ordered a oreo iced capp while enjoying, my sip got stuck ,when I took out my straw to figure out what happened and guess what there was a NOZZEL📣, at the bottom of my coffee , thank you for that ,next time please put the whole coffee machine so I can use this NOZZEL, THANKS AGAIN

Absolutely the slowest service I've ever had at a Tim Hortons. It took exactly 24 minutes for an order through the app to be ready and I don't think they would've even worked on the order if I hadn't asked them where it was. The staff were nice enough but I will never visit this location again due to the outrageously long wait time to prepare for and drinks.

Very disappointing experience. For the past one week, this Tim Hortons location clearly stated that they would be open until 4:00 PM on Christmas Eve. Based on that information, I went there today, only to find out they had closed at 3:00 PM instead. If the store plans to close earlier, the correct hours should be communicated honestly and clearly. Posting incorrect timings is misleading and wastes customers’ time, especially during the holidays.

We Ordered 2 steeped teas ,6:30 pm what we got was not fresh tea . It wasn't hot , barely warm and couldn't get the order right . 630 pm isn't closing time , no doughnuts and cant even make tea properly 😔👎
I love their donuts because they make them perfect I ordered boston cream yesterday morning and it was perfectly soft and fluffy. I asked for another cream shot in it and staff was so friendly to accept my request. Really enjoyed the visit.

I took ice coffee for my road trip and it was the one of the best coffee i ever had i usually drink with no ice but most people forget and put ice in it but their staff remembered the order vividly and put no ice. Really good service.
WARNING!! BEWARE I went through the drive-thru this morning around 6am and ordered a frozen lemonade, took a few sips of it and it tasted and smelled like straight nailpolish remover/cleaning chemicals, when I went to let them know they offered me a refund and or replacement, but when I asked them what chemicals they use to clean that could have ended up in my drink they denied the use of any which I know is false because the drink tasted and smelled very strongly of chemicals, super concerning
