Ordered a Chocolate Hazelnut Latte with Nutella and few other coffees. Firstly the girl (Parvinder) who was serving us messed up the order, didn't think it was important to tell us that that they were out of Nutella and the ferro Roche chocolate and that they were just putting chocolate syrup. When we inquired since taste was different, she was saying it's the same taste with syrup. She agreed to give us a replacement. We had a baileys latte which is same price. We waited for about 10 min and since the coffee never got made we went back to the counter and she was like ohh I forgot, not even a proper apology.

Very disappointed with her service and inability to acknowledge her mistake and provide a decent apology.

terrible service ever. Today My wife her name is Nidhi she ordered plain croissants with butter and grilled and she got cheese croissants instead. every time I felt bad experience from this Tim hortons.

I was in the afternoon and I saw a girl making food without gloves, what kind of service is this? Hygiene should be the priority and if this is how they serve you your food, that’s ridiculous.

It’s an everyday stop for me but the quality has been shit past few months. I order the same thing always and never once has it tasted the same. My tea was cold. Asked for 3 creams, and it was black. Feels like you are reusing the same steeped tea over and over again because of which it is always cold and tastes horrible.

Pre ordered a steeped tea, large milk and few donuts. I understand if there is a language barrier. But there is never a need for impolite service. Do it with a smile and we can laugh about it. No place for snappy and rude service. And she didn't know how to look up my order so I had to show her on my phone

The Tim Hortons in the airport doesn’t take gift cards or Tim cards so you don’t earn any rewards and if you were planning on paying with your app! Out of luck! The staff were nice but I appreciate my rewards sucks when they say we don’t do that here!
