I've been here a few times and let me tell you.. this place is the worst.. idk what they put in their sauces and what they do to their food but you should not get food here. I'm sad this exists

We rolled into Hope, BC, starving after a long day of cycling, and Triple O's absolutely saved the day. We were beyond hungry and needed something quick, but what we got was nothing short of incredible! The food was delicious—juicy burgers, perfectly crispy fries, and milkshakes that were out of this world. Every bite hit the spot!
But what really blew us away was the staff. They were so welcoming, friendly, and genuinely seemed to care that we were having a great experience. They went above and beyond to make sure we were fueled up and ready to continue our journey.
Honestly, this place is a gem. If you’re ever in Hope and need an unforgettable meal, Triple O’s is the place to be. 10/10, we'll be back for sure! DANK

Service was slow, line was long. Food sat made and ready for a long time but wasn't delivered out, only 3 people were working and they kept leaving the kitchen to deliver food to the cars outside, they didn't wash their hands and when they did it was just a quick rinse under the water before going back to the grill and fryer. One other customer who was ahead of us didn't get served until after 2 people ahead of them got their food and they even complained to the staff about it. I would not recommend if you are in a hurry and the hygiene of the staff was definitely not up to standard.

I tried Triple O’s at PNE and Abbotsford location. They had good allergy awareness about gluten. This Hope location did not have anything to offer apart from gf buns or Impossible burgers.
Abhi was extremely helpful and demonstrated a sheer masterclass in customer service. Great food, check out the caesar salad with extra grilled chicken 100% would recommend!

Outstanding customer service! I was recently on a road trip from the interior to Vancouver Island and we stopped in at Triple O's for lunch (which was delicious)! Once we continued on our way to Vancouver, I realized I forgot my purse/wallet in one of the booths in Hope. I called the restaurant in a panic, but quickly learned that they had found my bag already. They worked with me to send it back to my home address. The manager took the time to call me and assure me they could send me stuff as soon as possible. I recieved my bag in the mail 3 days later with everything in it. A HUGE THANK YOU to the whole team and the manager for handling this situation so well, I am so very grateful. A wonderful team!
