Came in while having car tire trouble, asked for coffee and front end staff couldn’t understand English. After repeating myself she charged me for a coffee and said to make it myself from the gas station coffee stand. I asked why they don’t have fresh coffee made as this is the morning. She gave some lame excuse of not having beans. Triple Os was so much better when theirs was actually people that cared to work here. I would give this place a 0

Went through the drive-thru today and got quite ripped off, very disappointed in this location. Once we reviewed our receipt after paying, we realized we've been over charged a total of $11 on multiple items in our order. It's really awful to find out after you've driven away from a drive-thru joint that they've upcharged you on multiple items without your knowledge. Should have questioned it when they didn't read our order back to us!

If I could give 0 stars I would’ve! I work in the industry I get it!! Treating customers like burdens though is not ok. The entire time we were dining made us feel uncomfortable for dining in because it was almost closing time!! Giving dirty looks , deep sighs and the icing on the cake shutting the lights off!! So rude!! Worst service ever!! This was after a long stressful drive through the mountains too!
