I've been a Hopian for the last 3 years, and as everyone here knows, good food at night it hard to come by unless you want to go to McChokenPukes. So I rolled up and ordered my regular order of 2 Jr Cheeseburger Deluxes w/ Extra Pickles & Onions around 11:25pm August 1st 2025. These guys made the best freekin Jr Cheeseburger Deluxes iver ever had! Night shift at this location is prime! Been there during the day, and they kinda slack honestly or they might just be too worried about their managers hovering, who knows lol. Night shift tho, good job guys!

On multiple occasions I have gone through the drive-through, and apparently the staff there have forgotten the definition of fast food. I ordered a chilli cheese fry’s and was asked to park well waiting on “fresh fry’s” after about 8 minutes they walked the food out. I got home the fry’s where cold and the cheese was not melted.

Horrible service from this one guy. He wasn't giving amazing customer service. He didn't ask me what kind of drinks i wanted, he just gave me a cup and left. Then he threw the bag of food on the counter and didn't say anything about it.

I’m a regular customer of Hope Wendy’s and I always use their mobile app to order. The service is extremely quick, staff are polite, the order is tasty, good quality, and correct 99% of the time. I can accept that just occasionally an order is not 100% right…these things happen in that kind of environment. Well done Hope Wendy’s - best option for burger and fries in Hope. Their breakfast wraps are also nicely done.
Consistently low quality food. I normally love eating at Wendy's, but not at the one in Hope. I've been to this location about four times since it opened, and every time I've been here, the food is bland and shoddy. EVERY Wendy's I've ever been to, with the stark exception of the Hope location, has served at least passably decent food.
When will I learn?! Even McDonald's is better (or at least not as terrible) as the Wendy's location in Hope! If you want to get Wendy's food bad enough, just avoid this one and go on down to the one at Chilliwack.
Edit: in retrospect, I'm actually shocked that this restaurant has received any 5 star reviews. I can only guess that they were lucky. But from what I see in most of the reviews, the general experience here is not great, wirh most customers saying they'll never return.

Asked for a fully loaded chees and bacon baked potato (that consists of bacon, cheese, sour cream and green onion). They gave me bacon and sour cream only. Is it really that hard to put toppings on a potato?

I had a great experience at Wendy’s! The food was really good, and the burger I ordered was delicious. I was served by Thomas Stewart, and he did a ok job ish He was friendly and made sure everything was good i think I would definitely come back again! just to see him.
