They literally gave me food poisoning 3 days ago and then gave my friend the next day a burger with black mold on it I will never go here again

Very well maintained, clean and nice outlet. The staff is amazing. It’s my fixed stop whenever crossing the highway to/from vancouver.
And yeah special mention to Jess/Jesse (I hope I am spelling it right). She’s wonderful and very cheerful. Gives you all the time to figure out and customize what you want.

I've been a Hopian for the last 3 years, and as everyone here knows, good food at night it hard to come by unless you want to go to McChokenPukes. So I rolled up and ordered my regular order of 2 Jr Cheeseburger Deluxes w/ Extra Pickles & Onions around 11:25pm August 1st 2025. These guys made the best freekin Jr Cheeseburger Deluxes iver ever had! Night shift at this location is prime! Been there during the day, and they kinda slack honestly or they might just be too worried about their managers hovering, who knows lol. Night shift tho, good job guys!

On multiple occasions I have gone through the drive-through, and apparently the staff there have forgotten the definition of fast food. I ordered a chilli cheese fry’s and was asked to park well waiting on “fresh fry’s” after about 8 minutes they walked the food out. I got home the fry’s where cold and the cheese was not melted.

I’m a regular customer of Hope Wendy’s and I always use their mobile app to order. The service is extremely quick, staff are polite, the order is tasty, good quality, and correct 99% of the time. I can accept that just occasionally an order is not 100% right…these things happen in that kind of environment. Well done Hope Wendy’s - best option for burger and fries in Hope. Their breakfast wraps are also nicely done.
