Picked up takeout hamburger combos. The hamburger patties tasted bad. After the first bite, we could not and would not eat the burgers. Very disappointing. Won’t be going back

The last few years, the fries have become inedible. *IF* you can get the 1st cooked fries, they'll be good. Mostly, after that, you'll get re-dipped fries that will be overcooked and hard.
Secondly, no matter how frequently you say, "To stay", chances are 60-40 you'll get your food & drinks in "to-go" containers. I find it hugely unfriendly. I take it to mean, "We like your money, here's your food, please go away."
I do like the papa burger, and I don't mind the apple pie, (when it's available).

Not from around the area, but stopped in for a road snack. Not exactly their fault, but their debit machine went down between the order before us and our order. The food we ordered got made and was sitting in the window while we tried every debit machine in the building. The waitress then asked us to pay cash. We weren't carrying any, and told her so. She just kept repeating that she needed the money instead of directing us to an ATM. We went to the washroom and left. Washroom was pretty dirty, so the entire experience wasn't my favorite outing.

No ice in to go orders? How am I supposed to keep drinks cold? In store as well, utterly ridiculous, plus staff laugh at you when you ask!
Why are staff members allowed to use cell phones while serving customers?
Also speaking a different language in front of customers is an insult!! For all we knew they were insulting us.

Unfortunately for 75$ for 4 people to eat is overpriced for fast food. We can go sit down at a restaurant and have a server for the same or less. Those burgers are not work 11$ for pre-made patties and cold food. Throughout the years have watched a and w go downhill. Please fix your price
