If you're looking for a cold unwelcoming service, very dismal selection on donuts or a non inviting atmosphere, this place is for you! This photo is how the display window is every day. They never have it full, asking for anything off menu is like slapping them in the face (like a pupaccino, which I've been served at several other Tim's locations without any gruff). If the apple fritters weren't so good, I'd never come here.

The East Indian guy at the drive-thru was pretty rude. Didn't say 'hi', or ' Thank you '. If you don't like your job, don’t force yourself to do it.

Still can't wrap my head around why people eat or drink here. Ever since this chain was bought by the yankees, everything has gotten super cheap and terrible. The coffee is horrible.
If you want a quick fast food coffee, go to McDonald's.

I ordered 2 candy cane hot chocolates and they took 20 minutes. When we finally got them they weren't even candycane hot chocolates
