I came here a few times and it's usually pretty good. One time I had a bad experience. A member from that a&w reached out (you can see the reply below), met up with me and explained how he appreciated me pointing out the issue and told me to leave my review as it was.. But I was half an hour late and this guy still waited and really was a good about the entire experience.. So I see that as a 1 off (which can happen anywhere). Outside that one experience they staff is typically very friendly and the food good.

I usually enjoy coming to A&W for the good food and quick service, but my recent visit today was disappointing because of the way I was treated by one of the staff members. The employee was noticeably rude and dismissive, which made the experience uncomfortable. As a customer, I don’t expect over-the-top friendliness, but I do expect basic courtesy and respect.
I hope management takes this seriously, because good customer service is just as important as good food. I’d like to continue supporting A&W, but experiences like this make me reconsider.

Stuff are friendly. Food is good as other AW. Floor and toilet is bit messy. Just need little more cleaning.
Food is exactly what you would expect from a fast food restaurant but big thanks to the employee manny that works at the front, he was super nice and helped me order my food. I really apreciate when people do that especially people who work in fast food as they normally don’t care that much.

We visited on Friday, August 10, around 10 AM and ordered two Classic Breakfasts and one pancake. When placing the order, I asked the cashier if I could have one egg instead of bacon for both Classic Breakfasts, and she agreed.
After about 15 minutes, our food was ready, but instead of receiving two plates with three eggs each, we were given only one plate with four eggs and two slices of bread. I had also requested over-easy eggs, but one of the eggs was cooked hard.
We were in a rush and didn’t have time to argue, but I mentioned the mistake to the cashier. She seemed unconcerned, which was very disappointing. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.
