I usually enjoy coming to A&W for the good food and quick service, but my recent visit today was disappointing because of the way I was treated by one of the staff members. The employee was noticeably rude and dismissive, which made the experience uncomfortable. As a customer, I don’t expect over-the-top friendliness, but I do expect basic courtesy and respect.
I hope management takes this seriously, because good customer service is just as important as good food. I’d like to continue supporting A&W, but experiences like this make me reconsider.

Food is exactly what you would expect from a fast food restaurant but big thanks to the employee manny that works at the front, he was super nice and helped me order my food. I really apreciate when people do that especially people who work in fast food as they normally don’t care that much.

We visited on Friday, August 10, around 10 AM and ordered two Classic Breakfasts and one pancake. When placing the order, I asked the cashier if I could have one egg instead of bacon for both Classic Breakfasts, and she agreed.
After about 15 minutes, our food was ready, but instead of receiving two plates with three eggs each, we were given only one plate with four eggs and two slices of bread. I had also requested over-easy eggs, but one of the eggs was cooked hard.
We were in a rush and didn’t have time to argue, but I mentioned the mistake to the cashier. She seemed unconcerned, which was very disappointing. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.

Slowest drive thru ever. August 10th 2025. Spent 15 mins in drivethru line to get our food. Not even that busy. When we finally got it, our rootbeers did not have a single ice - all melted or they did not put ice at all…
Waited 20 in line, 20 for food. Finally asked for a refund. Told me to wait 2 more minutes. Said no and theu finally refinded me. They probably should have refunded everyone there.

They forgot our paid water initially when we pointed out missing the drink we received it no questions asked. Took a bit long for our food.

Went through the drive-thru, the girl at the window was extremely rude when I tried to explain to her that I asked for the Poached Eggs not the fried eggs, she then proceeded to raise her voice and tell me that they are cooked the exact same, I then explained to her no I did not ask for Fried eggs, they are not done the same can I please get the poached eggs that are on the breakfast sandwich. She then rolled her eyes and asked for assistance i assum as 6 min later i received the correct eggs.Please educate your staff on the differences between how eggs are cooked and friendly customer service.

Worst A&W ever. Children working with zero experience. The manager is rude. Left my debit card on the counter, went back 2 min later, and asked the kid if they found a debit card his reply..what's a debit card .. had no clue.. so someone took it.. I immediately put a freeze on it. Will never go back or recommend.
