They forgot our paid water initially when we pointed out missing the drink we received it no questions asked. Took a bit long for our food.

Went through the drive-thru, the girl at the window was extremely rude when I tried to explain to her that I asked for the Poached Eggs not the fried eggs, she then proceeded to raise her voice and tell me that they are cooked the exact same, I then explained to her no I did not ask for Fried eggs, they are not done the same can I please get the poached eggs that are on the breakfast sandwich. She then rolled her eyes and asked for assistance i assum as 6 min later i received the correct eggs.Please educate your staff on the differences between how eggs are cooked and friendly customer service.

Worst A&W ever. Children working with zero experience. The manager is rude. Left my debit card on the counter, went back 2 min later, and asked the kid if they found a debit card his reply..what's a debit card .. had no clue.. so someone took it.. I immediately put a freeze on it. Will never go back or recommend.

Well, if you like waiting in line for 20 mins to order and then find out they don't have all the items on the menu, this place is for you. This location is struggling very badly to meet service times, is extremely poorly run, and is understaffed. The food is not up to A&W quality at all, not even close. My advice is to avoid this location at all costs.

The cashier handles the food, hash browns, tomatoes, even eggs by bare hands without washing herhands, disgusting, I watching her this morning doing it to my food and others, I told her she's not allowed to, since she touches the cash register and everything else. It's also the owner fault leaving her alone, and she had to take the order and serve both the drive-through and the front.

Restaurant was clean and tidy. It wasn't very busy.We ordered Chicken burger and French fries. Food was fresh , hot and Excellent. All staff Sukhjeet,Sukhprit and Manprit were very friendly and efficient. Will be back soon.

They didn’t have root beer milk shakes, the fries were under salted, and we didn’t get ketchup either.
Personally, food was good, with no real complaints, but staff was not very welcoming. They look unhappy and not engaging. Very robotic interaction, and when they forgot my side toast , I made me feel I did something wrong when I asked. Anyway, it felt the staff couldn't wait to end their shift, and it was only 10 am. Smile ladies, it will get better and hang in there .

Food took over 30 minutes because their kitchen order display wasn’t working. Don’t understand how that makes the cooking take longer as they just gave the receipts to the kitchen. Just an excuse.
