State my allergies every single time I go in there and I keep getting hives and having an allergic reaction, it's a little hard to work with but it's should be simple enough, used to be my favorite place now I have to get a plain burger and put my own stuff on it from home.

We came in and the place was empty. Floor is sticky, tables are dirty, chairs have dried up ketchup on them. The 4 teen burgers we got didn't even have the cheese melted on the patty. Horrible location. As we left we noticed their add that teen burgers are 4.99 all day. Well they didn't tell us when we were buying them and had no issues with overcharging us. When I came back to ask for refund, the guy was trying to justify his right to overcharge, didn't even get the taxes back.

Went in for some lunch with my family and was greeted with a very dirty establishment. Not a single table was clean with smeared ketchup and crumbs all over the tables as well as overfilling garbages. You can tell the garbages weren’t taken out as it was noon and completely full. The 3 girls behind the counter couldn’t be bothered to stop their conversation to take our order either. We finally got our food but they had messed up 2 items giving us completely different burgers than ordered. When going for a refill for a pop the server took the pop and started the fountain but then went chatting in the back with the other 2 girls. She never returned to give me my pop forcing me to go behind the counter myself to grab my drink before leaving. Like it’s good to be friends with your co workers but it should never impair your service to your customers. Very disappointing especially since we like to support places in the valley. Won’t go there again

I am in this location at Invermere A and W .Their customer service is not good at all after they charged for our meal they told us they don’t have lettuce and they were out of onion ring and sweet potatoes!there was nothing in the sandwich I got just a bit mayonnaise and a pickleThey charged fully and they didn’t even apologized!Very very bad customer service. We will not coming back here again
