Not terrible but I had the 109z ribeye and I've never see n one cut so thin. It honestly looked like a minute steak. That said, it tasted fined. I ordered it medium rare but it was probably too thin to cook to that doneness and it came out medium. Not a huge problem but for $50 you'd think they could do a little better.

We celebrated our staff Christmas party here this year in the private function hall, and it was a wonderful experience.
The drinks were amazing, and our bartender Alexander, along with the other female bartender, did an excellent job both were friendly and attentive.
The buffet was very good overall. The appetizers were tasty, the salad dressing was delicious, and both the chicken and salmon were juicy and well seasoned. The only small suggestion would be that the bread rolls could have been a little warmer.
Other than that, everything was great. Thank you so much for a lovely evening.

First time we’ve been to Elements, we just found out about this place two days ago, and we’ve lived here 4 years.

Walking into the lobby, we were welcomed by the warm cozy atmosphere. At the entrance to the restaurant they were putting up Christmas decorations/5pm with dinner guests arriving which we thought was a bit strange.

We were welcomed to a prime view table (we had reservations), and we were seated immediately. And so started the extreme care and patience from Sophie the went from when we arrived to when we left. We couldn’t have asked for better care.

She took our drinks, I thought to have a Singapore Sling (lol I’m 69); though the bartender tried to make it for me for his first time, it wasn’t quite right and they gladly took it away.

I mentioned Sophie’s patience before… well here it goes. I’m really allergic to Bacardi rum of any type, so when I asked for rum&coke, Sophie was very caring, particularly as to what type of rum I preferred. Then came dinner orders, and my severe allergy to fish and seafood. Again, Sophie couldn’t have been more patient and caring to ensure my food order was ok, on her own she went to the chef to confirm. I didn’t ask her to do this.
Just… WOW. Sophie knew the menu really well. Thank you Sophie so much

All of our meals were top notch. The presentation, how they were prepared, how it tasted. The portion sizes were great. The prices were very fair considering what quality and quantity you’re given. 2 Chicken Comfits, Linguine Carbonnara, and Lamb Shank, Elements presents a varied and interesting menu.

Honestly this restaurant is a hidden jewel. I can’t believe we only heard of it two days ago. And easy to get to right off Hwy 93 in Invermere. It needs better advertising…

People treat yourselves ! I highly recommend this.

Me and my man just had dinner here tonight and had a wonderful time. The food was amazing, hot and fresh. Our server was Vince and he was wonderful. He was very busy, as the restaurant was packed, but did an incredible job making sure we were taken care of. He always had a smile on his face and was very easy to talk too. Definitely going to be back!!

We stayed at the hotel and reserved a table for two on a Saturday night at 7pm. The restaurant was pretty full and buzzing. The food was good. The service however, was wonderful. Our server was Sophie and she was absolutely lovely. She was very attentive and helpful. We had a few questions and requests and Sophie was extremely helpful. Despite what seemed to be some delays in the kitchen (not a big deal, as I said, it was a busy night) our evening was spot on, thanks to Sophie. Would def recommend. Cheers!

I ate at Elements Restaurant today and I am very disappointed. I wanted to treat myself to a good steak and therefore chose the rib eye. I told the server that the steak should be medium rare and that I would like the sauce on the side.

After about 15-20 minutes a very flat steak arrived without any fat but it was definitely well done and the sauce was placed directly on top of the steak. I informed the first server I saw and he took the steak back.

After another 15-20 minutes my new steak arrived with the sauce on the side this time but the steak was blue to rare and looked completely different from the first one. When I asked the server why the steak looked so different he could not give me a logical explanation which means that either the first or the second steak was not what I had actually ordered.

It is not that difficult to cook a steak properly especially when the steak costs 50$. In addition about one third of the steak was fat and at times I could hardly cut through it even with the steak knife.

The mashed potatoes and the sauce were fantastic. However the server stood a few meters away watching me eat which was honestly quite uncomfortable. I have been a server myself for twelve years including at several very good steak restaurants. This was simply a joke and absolutely not worth the price.

The server should not stand around watching the guest eat but should do a quality check at the table and then leave the guest alone and before the steak is brought out the kitchen should make sure it is really cooked to the requested level.

In general I also noticed several staff members such as the bartenders and the host using their phones which is quite unprofessional. For me this was not a pleasant experience and I will definitely not return there.

We had breakfast here, and it was fantastic. She had the BELT (10/10), I had the Bruschetta Mushroom Sour Dough (9/10). Paired with Mimosas (not on the menu) was wonderful.

We had a delightful time, and the food was incredible!
We didn’t have a reservation, but Mathew was so good to still take our name and number, and make it happen for our group of 9!
The pasta was fantastic, and the gluten free fig pudding was exceptional.
We will be coming back here every time we are in Invermere!
