We are staying at the hotel and were excited to try Elements. Obviously short staffed but when we asked for cream for coffee it never came, another waitress had to get us water, my order was wrong and nothing was done about it. The waitress said she’d get the right one and never did. Given the full bill and NOTHING was offered to rectify this awful experience. We were going to go for supper but not after this.
