Absolutely love this cafe. I love the moody decor and the coffee and food is great! It gets pretty busy at times and they run pretty lean so it can be a little bit of a wait, but definitely worth it!

Our last experience at kicking horse cafe was just after they opened the following the covid shut down for 2 years. It was a big disappointment at the time, very expensive, mediocre quality. Thought we'd try it again today, pleasantly surprised, a plain dark drip coffee was very good. Ham and cheese croissant excellent and baking was good. Service slow but ALL IS FORGIVEN👍

Super unique cafe setting with an amazing atmosphere, great menu and I shouldn’t even have to say the coffee menu is extensive and soooo good. I can just drop in for a quick grab-and-go coffee or have a nice sit down breakfast or lunch alone or with friends. Great times.

We had our first experience at Kicking Horse while in Invermere. For starters the building is amazing. Innovative creative design and decor. Beautiful. The food is stellar!! We had lunch and were served delicious beautifully presented dishes. And the beverages were perfect. Try the strawberry rhubarb tea! I’m not a coffee drinker but the rest of my group are and loved the coffee. If you are on your way through Invermere stop in. If you live there, go often!

Great coffee and service in a funky cafe with both indoor and patio seating. They had both oat milk and coconut milk for us dairy free DF folks. Beautiful presentation too! Loose leaf teas were also lovely with an hourglass timer for steeping.
