Stopped here today while in town for a ski trip. Food was incredible. Brisket and pulled pork still tender and juicy near the end of the day. The smoked cheddar Mac n' Cheese is absolutely electric.
Disappointing to see plastic utensils, and individually wrapped in plastic to boot. So much waste and contributing to single use plastic industry. Water cups are reusable, so why not utensils?!
For the most part food was great, but left me feeling ill! Just a lot of meat, starch and grease.

Food is amazing! One of the better BBQs smokehouses I have been to ever and the best in the area. The different bbq sauces are great and all the meats cooked perfectly. Definitely recommend .
