Dot go, scammers! I couldn't believe it, I thought of all places a big franchise in an airport would be the last to scam. The food was gross and customer service non existent. But to too it all when I looked at the receipt long after going through security I was charged $50 Canadian dollars for 2 x6 inch subs!! If it was Canada I would followed up and threatened to press charges or something. I hope they get shut down. Shame on you!!

None of there vegetables are even remotely fresh. They charge a premium for being in a vacation town and charge extra for crispy onions. They add no sauce, ask for salt and pepper but that they pour on so your sandwich is barely edible.

The veggies were wilted. Brown lettuce, spinach that was wilted and sticking, tomatoes that had curling edges, I could keep going. This was the worst and will always be the worst subway I have ever seen or been to.

I just ordered lunch from here through the app, one was a meatball sub, that had NO MEATBALLS, and a steak and avocado rice bowl, that had maybe a table spoon of steak in it. Buyers beware when you order through the app I guess.

This branch does not accept offers from the app. The manager/owner is unwilling to even help. He would probably cut into his profits if he accepted offers from the apk. Classic scammer, don't go there and don't support him.

Subway is always so hit and miss. This one was a miss. My “veggie wrap” was more wrap than veggies. I had to keep asking for more of each topping (and you could tell the employees were annoyed when I did this) and I added toppings I didn’t even want to try to fill the wrap. Before asking for extras, they only put on 2 tomato slices, 6 spinach leaves and a pinch of every other ingredient I asked for. And I was handed off to 3 different people to put veggies on the wrap for me so it’s clearly a store policy to skimp on the veggies. I much prefer the subway in radium… or better yet, go next door to Fuze for a local, wholesome, wrap or salad.

I'm a fan of Subway in general. This place ticked me off. Asking for fried onions, I had to pay extra for that. I had to constantly ask for more veggies because the guy making my sub was sprinkling veggies on. Even when I got fed up and asked for a handful to speed up the process, it was still sprinkled on
In addition, I don't know if this is the location or if they got a bad set for veggies, but the tomatoes, green peppers, and cucumber were almost paper thin. (So I'm not blaming this location for that. They get 2 stars because I suspect it's not their fault)

Tldr: If you are thinking of eating here, don't. They're cheap AF and it's a pain to get more veggies.

Absolute disgrace for a 17 dollar sub. 6 pieces of spinach. I had to go back to get then to remake it. And it came back with next to no steak on it. This isn't the first time either . Do NOT order through the app. You will be very disappointed. Best to go in and make sure they aren't completely ripping you off. Do better. Returning 3 subs for the second time seems like a fever dream.

Went there and asked for crunchy onions and they told me it would be extra. I was not happy about that but I got them and on the receipt they charged .80$ for extra cheese on a 6” sub. I love sub way and eat at them all over AB and BC and this is the first location this has ever happened. Absolutely ridiculous.

Definitely lacking the ambiance of @gibbys old Montreal. But in a pinch lunch in cylindrical shape has to do sometimes

Parking: Limited parking in front of store. Small strip mall. Across the street at skate snowboard shop has tons of free parking

Kid-friendliness: It's subway. Figure it out

Wheelchair accessibility: It's got a door on flat surface but no designated parking that I noticed
